On tonights episode, we sit down with Retired Cleveland Firefighter and the face of Strategic Fire Training, Jeff Shupe. Jeff Shupe, a 47 year firefighting veteran, who began his career in 1974, retired in 2011 and became a Chief Officer in the Carolinas then moved on to instructing and starting up Strategic Fire Training. Their mission is simple, kill the fire! The goal is to share their experiences, as well as lessons from those who came before us. They believe in aggressive fire fighting and are dedicated to the basics of fire fighting, with a philosophy of "keep your fire fighting simple." Simplicity=Efficiency
