Host Tom Merrill is joined by  Chief Richard Ray, author of the highly acclaimed presentation "The Volunteer Fire Department-Wining on the Fireground" Chief Ray will be discussing many great ideas we can all implement in our hometown departments to not only handle emergency calls, but to put together a well-focused, well-energized, unified team committed to excellence.
